Security Concerns Prompt Arizona Prisoner Transfer

Being 100 inmates are moved out of the Arizona State Prison in Kingman Where-three inmates escaped last month.
The Arizona Department of Corrections says the transfers are a result of tighter is what inmates Restrictions Can Be Assigned to the prison's minimum and medium security units.
